Wedding Venue Hire
Our venue hire includes: use of the Barn on Friday (10am-5pm), Saturday
(8.30am-midnight) access Sunday morning (from 10am), private walled
gardens for photographs and reception drinks, use of professional
catering kitchen, car parking steward, guidance and advice throughout
the planning of your wedding, personal attention throughout the prep
day including lighting design and ceremony rehearsal and discreet
management of your day.

marquee
For additional space or wet weather cover, use of traditional 35ftx45ft
marquee, plus raised flooring with coconut matting, heating and lighting.

ceremony
We will be happy to rehearse, set, light and play in music through
our professional sound system for any form of ceremony. During your
drinks reception our staff will then re-set the Barn for your feast.
If you wish to marry in the Barn to book your Civil Ceremony please

place setting hire
The Great Barn provides you with all you will need for your drinks reception,
feast and evening buffet. This includes high quality cutlery and glass, ice buckets,
plain white china and crisp linen, tables (round or trestle), chic white chairs,
highchairs, cake table, knife and cloth, easel for your table plan, stands for your
table names or numbers. Our staff will lay your tables. No charge for evening guests.

You are welcome to bring your own wine and champagne. We do not charge corkage.

A fully stocked licensed bar can be arranged or our staff can serve drinks you have provided. Three staff, all

sunday brunch in the marquee
If you had used the marquee during your wedding day and would like to return on Sunday for brunch or lunch, we will
happily make it ready. Our fee includes use of the marquee, courtyard, walled gardens, kitchens and car parking from 11am-4pm.

You would need to get in touch with your caterer to organise your food and staff and as before supply any drinks you would like. We don't charge corkage.
Deposit
To secure a date we ask for a £1000 non-refundable deposit.
