Wedding Venue Hire
To ensure that every wedding at The Great Barn is as perfect as possible it is important to have plenty of time to prepare.
Our rates include:
- access to the Barn on Friday (9am – 5pm)
- use of the Barn and the Roundhouse on Saturday (9am – 12 midnight)
- access on Sunday morning from 10am to collect wine, flowers, presents etc.
- use of the private walled gardens for photography and reception drinks
- use of the professional catering kitchen
- car parking steward
- guidance and advice throughout the planning of your wedding
- personal attention throughout the preparation day, including lighting design and music rehearsal
- discreet management of your day

Courtyard Cottage

The Great Barn provides you with high quality cutlery and glass, white china and crisp linen, tables (round or trestle), chic white chairs, cake table and cloth, easel for your table plan, stands for your table names or numbers.
Wine
You are welcome to bring your own wine and champagne.
We do not charge corkage.
Licensed Bar | £45/hour |
A licensed bar can be arranged supplying drinks, glasses and staff.
Deposit
To secure a date we ask for a £1000 non-refundable deposit.
