venue hire
Our venue hire includes: use of the Barn on Friday (10am-5pm), Saturday (8.30am-midnight) access Sunday morning (from 10am), private walled gardens for photographs and reception drinks, use of professional catering kitchen, car parking steward, guidance and advice throughout the planning of your wedding, personal attention throughout the prep day including lighting design and ceremony rehearsal and discreet management of your day.

place setting hire
£15/head - The Place Setting fee covers the very long list of equipment you will need for your day including simple white china, heavy cutlery, generous glasses, ice buckets, crisp white linen, tables (round or trestle), chic white chairs, highchairs, cake table, knife and cloth, easel for your table plan, stands for your table names, microphone for speeches. Our staff will lay your tables.
food
Do get in touch with our recommended caterers who will be pleased to send you menus, together with quotes for food and staff. Allow in the region of £45/head. With regret no other caterers permitted.

You are welcome to bring your own wine and champagne. We do not charge corkage.
great drinks
£12/head - If you would like us to supply your drinks, saving you the hassle of buying, delivering and taking away any un-drunk booze, do let us know, we have plenty here in our stores. While this may have the alarming look of a "drinks package" view this as some suggestions, we would be very happy to incorporate your thoughts and ideas. Just say the word!
Drinks Reception: 2 glasses per person of either Prosecco, Devon Pink Cider Champagne, Kier Royale, Pimms, Mulled Wine or Cider, Elderflower Presse or Luscombe Sicilian Lemonade.
Wedding Breakfast: half a bottle per person of carefully selected wine plus jugs of estate still water. Glass of Champagne for toasts. If you would prefer Prosecco or Cava for the toast deduct £1.75/head. Port or dessert wine can be arranged.
Evening Reception: licensed bar and/or complimentary evenings drinks. If you would like to serve some complimentary drinks you are welcome to supply them or we can put together a separate quote
licensed bar
£35/hour - A fully stocked licensed bar can be arranged or our staff can serve drinks you have provided. Three staff, all glasses, lemons, ice etc included.
OTHER BITS AND PIECES...
ceremony
£250 - We would be pleased to rehearse, set, light and play in music through our professional sound system for any form of ceremony. During your drinks reception our staff will then re-set the Barn for your feast. marquee
£375 - Our pretty traditional canvas 35ftx45ft marquee is in place throughout the year for additional space or wet weather cover and includes raised wooden flooring with carpet, heating, lighting, and decorated with white voile bunting. If the sun shines or if you have no need to use it - no charge.
courtyard cottage
1 night £400 2 nights £500 Additional nights £60 - Sleeps 4 (5) 1 double room with en suite bathroom, 2 singles, shower room, (plus single fold out bed)
garden cottage
1 night £500 2 nights £650. Additional nights £75 - Sleeps 5 (7) 3 bedrooms - 1 double with en suite, 1 twin, 1 single, walk-in shower/wet room, (plus double sofa bed in living room.)
evening entertainment
£200 - If you would rather not pay thousands for a band or a DJ simply load your iPod with all your favourite tracks. We will hire in for you a PA system and some sound reactive lights and you've got yourself bespoke disco.
sunday brunch in the marquee
£1000 - If you would like to return on Sunday for brunch or lunch, we will happily make it ready. Our fee includes use of the marquee, courtyard, walled gardens, kitchens and car parking from 11am-4pm.
brunch place setting hire
£8/head - We will provide the same chic white chairs, linen and china, as well as all the cutlery and glass you will need for your post wedding get together.
food and drink
As before, get in touch with one of our caterers and either supply your own drinks or we can quote to do that for you.
deposit
To secure a date we ask for a £1000 non-refundable deposit.

Use of the Barn, private walled gardens for photographs and reception drinks, professional catering kitchen all from 9am-5pm on the wedding day, plus guidance and advice throughout the planning of your ceremony, personal attention throughout the day before including lighting design and ceremony rehearsal and discreet management of your wedding.
